Make AI Presentations Match Your Brand

Most companies have a slide template somewhere: the right navy, the right font, the logo in the corner. AI-generated slides that ignore it look like they came from somewhere else, because they did.

PPTX.ai doesn't take template files. Instead, you describe your brand and it designs the presentation to match. The design covers every slide, poll and quiz question, on the big screen and on your audience's phones.

Describe your brand

Tell the assistant what your brand looks like, as specifically as you can. Exact colours work best:

"Use our brand: navy #0B1F3A for backgrounds, white text, orange #FF6B1A for highlights. Montserrat bold for headings, Source Sans for body text. Lots of white space, nothing rounded."

The assistant sets the colours, fonts and backgrounds for the whole presentation. It also styles the parts a template file never covered, like quiz answer buttons and poll result bars.

You can be less exact too. "Calm and corporate, like an annual report" or "bold and playful, like a startup launch" both work. But if you have brand guidelines, give it the hex values.

Fonts

Designs use fonts from Google Fonts, which load on every screen, including your audience's phones. If your brand font is on Google Fonts, name it. If it isn't, ask for the closest match: "something like Helvetica Neue" or "a geometric sans like Futura". The assistant picks one that's available.

Shapes and accents

Beyond colours and fonts, the assistant can draw simple decorative art in your colours: bands, blocks, lines and patterns that repeat across slides. Ask for "a thin orange rule at the top of every slide" or "a navy band down the left side". It keeps the text readable on top.

Reuse it

Each presentation has its own design. Keep your brand description somewhere handy, and paste it in when you start a new presentation. You'll get the same look every time.

What it can't do yet

  • No template uploads. You can't upload a .pptx or .potx file; you describe the look instead.
  • No logo uploads. Slides can't show an image you upload. If your logo is essential, the title slide can name your company in your brand colours and fonts.
  • No PowerPoint export. You present from your browser, and your audience follows on their phones.
